Returns Policy
We currently only offer exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order on our email at info@snatchedofficial.com.

Condition of Items
All return items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for exchange.

Process for Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@snatchedofficial.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to exchange, and the preferred item for the exchange. Once we receive your exchange, we will ship out your preferred item within 7 days.
   
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe delivery of your items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

Processing Time 
Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the exchange has been processed.
